All Paying Guests (PG tenants) must observe the following laws and regulations in order to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment for all residents. Any rule infringement may result in a fine or the termination of the stay.
1. General Conduct
- Tenants must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms and common areas.
- Respect the privacy and rights of fellow tenants, staff, and neighbors.
- Any form of physical or verbal abuse, harassment, or discrimination will result in immediate eviction.
2. Timings
- Entry/Exit is allowed between 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM (unless otherwise agreed).
- Late entries require prior permission from the owner/manager.
3. Visitors
- No outside guests are allowed inside the premises without prior approval.
- Male visitors are not allowed in female PGs and vice versa.
- Overnight stay of guests is strictly prohibited.
4. Meals & Kitchen Use
- Meal timings must be followed as informed by the management.
- Food will be given three times (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- Wastage of food is discouraged and should be avoided.
5. Room & Property Maintenance
- Tenants are responsible for maintaining their rooms in good condition.
- Any damage to PG property will be charged to the tenant responsible.
- Furniture or fixtures must not be moved without permission.
6. Security
- Tenants must carry valid ID proof and register with the PG management.
- Keep your belongings safe. Management is not responsible for any theft/loss.
- Do not share keys or access codes with outsiders.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
- Illegal activities of any kind will lead to immediate expulsion and legal action.
- Playing loud music or causing disturbances is not allowed.
8. Rent & Payments
- Rent must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.
- A late fee will be applicable for delayed payments.
- Advance notice (usually 30 days) is required before vacating the premises.
- One month’s rent and a 4,000 security deposit must be paid on the day of registration. When the PG is vacated, a maintenance fee of 3000 will be
deducted from the security deposit.
9. Utilities & Usage
- Use water and electricity responsibly.
- Power-intensive appliances (heaters, induction cooktops, etc.) may be restricted.
- Internet use should not be for unlawful purposes.
10. Termination
- Violation of these rules can lead to a warning or eviction.
- Management reserves the right to revise rules with prior notice.
